I'm a Software Engineering student and part-time Software Engineer specializing in full-stack architecture, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning solutions. I currently study at Bindura University of Science Education and work part-time at Fincheck Pvt Ltd (after previously completing an internship there). I design and build scalable, user-focused applications using Python, C++, Rust, Django, and modern web frameworks. My expertise spans model training, intelligent automation, RESTful APIs, database optimization, and end-to-end production delivery.

AI safety research for low-resource languages and Global South contexts.
A pilot study testing whether ChatGPT and Gemini are easier to jailbreak in Shona than in English. Early results suggest AI safety protections built mainly for English may not hold for Zimbabwean languages and Shona–English code-switched prompts. Introduces a Language Vulnerability Index (LVI) for low-resource language safety evaluation.

Malvin T. Machingura (Malvin Tinotenda Machingura, also known as sehmaluva) is a Software Engineering student and part-time Software Engineer based in Zimbabwe. He specializes in full-stack architecture, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning. He currently studies at Bindura University of Science Education and works part-time at Fincheck Pvt Ltd, where he previously completed a Software Engineer internship.
